Instructions for Use: Place the pneumatic cervical traction device around your neck with the valve facing left, adjust the shape/position of the inflatable layer, and secure it with the strap. First-time users should place it in front of a mirror. Ensure the rubber cushion is correctly positioned. Before manually pumping, tighten the inflation/deflation valve on the pump. Manually pump until you achieve the correct traction angle and the correct degree of stretch/deflation for your comfort or as directed by your doctor. If necessary, adjust the left and right sides separately. The adjustment is complete when comfort and symptom relief are achieved. Close the ball valve when optimal pressure is reached. The device can be used 2 to 3 times a day for a maximum of 20 to 30 minutes each time (but the main traction should only last 1 to 3 minutes). After use, open the ball valve and gradually loosen the purge valve to allow the air to escape slowly. Do not overtighten the device. Begin with light to moderate traction using gentle movements, only 1 to 2 times per day, then continue with firm traction for as long as you are comfortable.
