Also note that this may override multiple Installation part numbers1. Disconnect and clean all motor and battery ground wires.2. Disconnect the old CDM and remove the high-voltage coil wire from the spark plug.3. Unscrew and remove the old CDM. (Note the direction of the spark plug wire).4. Apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the sealing area of the wire connector from the motor harness.5. Apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the outside of the new spark plug wire and insert the spark plug wire into the new CDM.6 module. Screw the new CDM to the engine (position the new CDM so that the spark plug wire is facing one-way like the original).7. Connect the connector from the wiring harness to the new CDM and connect the spark plug wire to the spark plug.
