Create large batches of spherical caviar pearls quickly and easily with this 100-hole caviar maker set. Made from durable polycarbonate and silicone, it is built to last and easy to clean. The removable box and quick-open system allow efficient pipette cleaning. Ideal for restaurants and home kitchens, this spherification kit lets you make a variety of popping boba pearls, fruit caviar, dessert caviar, and more. Use it to enhance desserts, beverages, cocktails, ice cream, or salads. How to Use: 1. Attach the flexible tube to the base of the tool. 2. Add at least 75 ml of caviar mixture to the tray. 3. Place the top on the tray and dip the 96-well tip into the mixture. 4. Withdraw the syringe plunger to 5 cc. 5. Connect the tube to the syringe. Slowly and steadily draw the plunger to 20 ml. 6. Lift the tool and place it about 3 inches above a calcium bath. Slowly push the plunger from 20 ml to 0 ml. 7. After 8 minutes, remove the caviar balls, rinse in clean water, and enjoy. Cleaning: 1. Remove the syringe, fill with air, connect to the hose, and pump air into the tool to drain liquid. 2. Detach hose and syringe. 3. Invert the tool and rinse pipettes with warm water. 4. Run water until the box is nearly full. 5. Cover the hose connector, point pipettes down, and shake vigorously. 6. Release the connector to drain water. 7. Repeat steps 3-6 until clean.
