If they differ, both motherboard and controller must be replaced together for compatibility. 3. The remote control is designed exclusively for use with our controller and motherboard. 4. When ordering, select the 3PCS SET if you need the controller, remote, and motherboard. Selecting only the LCD Switch & Remote does not include the motherboard. Selecting only the Mother Board does not include the controller or remote. Please ensure correct selection to avoid incorrect orders. Remote Control Coding Instructions: 1. Press and hold the up button for more than 3 seconds in the off state. 2. Wait until the display shows HFR- to enter coding mode. 3. Press the up button to send the remote code. 4. The heater will turn on if the code is successful; otherwise, it will not start. 5. The coding mode exits automatically after timeout. Parameter Setting Procedure (press the setting key to enter): 1. Time Setting: Use up/down keys to adjust hour (24-hour format), minutes, and other parameters. Press enter to confirm and proceed. 2. Timer Power-On Setting: Default is off (display 1oF). Press up to turn on (display 1oN), press enter, then set hours and minutes. Countdown mode supports up to 99 hours and 59 minutes. 3. Timer Shutdown Setting: Default is off (display 2oF). Press up to turn on (display 2oN), press enter, then set hours and minutes. Countdown mode supports up to 99 hours and 59 minutes. 4. Password Input: Use up/down keys to adjust digits. Press confirm when correct. After entering all 4 digits correctly, press confirm to proceed. Incorrect input returns to first digit entry. To exit without changes, press SET until exit or wait 10 seconds. 5. Pump Oil Volume Setting: Adjust minimum oil volume using up/down keys. Press confirm to enter maximum volume setting. Adjust maximum volume and press enter to continue. 6. Fan Speed Setting: Adjust minimum fan speed using up/down keys. Press enter to enter maximum speed setting. Adjust maximum speed and press enter to proceed. 7. Working Voltage Setting: Must be set in shutdown state. Use up/down keys to select 12V (U-12) or 24V (U-24). Ensure oil pump, motor, and ignition plug are compatible before operation. 8. Speed Signal Selection: Display shows 5N-1. Use up/down keys to set. Choose 5N-2 if impeller has two magnets with same polarity. Choose 5N-1 if magnets have site polarity or only one magnet (default). Incorrect selection may double speed reading. 9. Ignition Plug Power Selection: Display shows PF-5. Use up/down buttons to set value (1=35W, 2=40W, 3=45W, 4=80W, 5=85W, 6=90W). Default is 5. Recommended to keep default unless verified otherwise. 10. Password Change: Initial display shows oF.
