Description

A) Heat a pot of water to 80-90°C (do not boil, as boiling water may damage the tray). B) Holding the handle, immerse the tray in water for approximately 5-10 seconds. Avoid overexposure, as this may cause the tray to deform or shrink; underexposure may prevent proper molding. C) Remove the tray from the water and allow excess water to drain for one second. D) Once softened, place the tray in your mouth and carefully mold it to your teeth. Use your fingers to press firmly on the inside and outside surfaces of the tray to ensure a secure fit. Hold the tray in place during the cooling process. E) Remove the tray from your mouth. Repeat the process for the lower tray if needed. Trim excess material along the gum line using scissors. This allows for easy removal of any excess gel. F) Apply a tooth whitening or remineralizing gel as directed and insert the custom-fitted tray.
