This step-down converter has an input voltage of DC 18V-20V and an output of DC 12V. It provides a maximum output current of 20A and a maximum output power of 240W. The unit features built-in low voltage protection and will auto shut off if the battery voltage is lower than 14.4V to protect your battery and connected 12V devices. It is compatible with Dewalt 18V/20V lithium batteries, including models DCB205, DCB206, DCB204, DCB203, DCB200, and DCB201. It is also compatible with Milwaukee M18 18V lithium batteries, including models 48-11-1815, 48-11-1850, 48-11-1820, 48-11-1840. The battery adapter connector is designed for a secure fit and is easy to install and remove. The voltage regulator includes a smart chip with multiple protections: over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-load, low-load, short-circuit, and over-heat. This protects your devices from damage. The battery adapter includes a fuse holder with a 30A fuse for safe operation. The product combines the battery adapter and voltage converter with two heat-resistant wires and a fuse holder for ease of use. Simply install the battery to the adapter and connect the converter to your device.
