Components can operate under the following conditions: (1) Relative humidity is no more than 95%; (2) Operating voltage must not exceed 1.1 times the rated value, and the housing should be effectively grounded.<br>2. When the heating medium is liquid, the effective length of the element (H1 or H2) must be fully submerged in the liquid. The heating section should be at a certain distance from the container wall, usually 50-60 mm or more.<br>3. Components that heat liquids should not be used to heat gases or solid objects.<br>4. If there are calcium or carbon deposits on the surface of the liquid heating element, it should be cleaned before use to avoid affecting the element's lifespan and reducing heating efficiency.<br>5. When heating low-melting-point metals or nitrates, alkalis, asphalt, paraffin etc., in solid form, the voltage should be reduced and started until the solid heating medium is completely melted before raising the voltage to the rated value.<br>6. Safety measures should be taken when heating nitrate salts to prevent explosion accidents.<br>7. The component's wiring section should be placed in the insulation layer and outside the heating chamber, avoiding contact with corrosive and explosive gases. The outlet end must remain dry and clean to prevent arcing or short circuits. Do not use excessive force when pulling wires.<br>8. A small amount of paste may flow from the component's end. This is the sealing material and does not affect usage. Simply wipe off the excess after turning off the power.<br>9. Components should be stored in a well-ventilated room with relative humidity not exceeding 85% and no corrosive gases.<br>10. When the component has been used for some time and not used for a long period, becoming damp, and its cold insulation resistance is lower than 1 megohm, it can be baked in an oven at approximately 200 degrees or heated directly with electricity to remove moisture until it returns to normal.
