Welding principle: The process uses temperature to rapidly melt a portion of the nickel sheet and then cool, forming a solid, reliable weld. Control and display: Fast microcontroller design with realtime display of battery voltage and clear indicators of weld status and strength for precise monitoring during operation. Current and material handling: Built with 6 MOS tubes delivering peak current up to 2400 A; supports nickel sheets with thicknesses of 0.1 to 0.2 mm; produces solid and aesthetically neat weld points on nickel sheet and nickel plate. Power accuracy and reliability: precision power output with 99 levels of adjustable output to achieve more accurate welding; suitable for continuous welding of thousands of points on nickel sheet and nickelplate sheet. Use scenarios: Battery pack assembly or : spot welding nickel tabs to Liion or other rechargeable battery cells, enabling fast, repeatable welds across many points. Prototyping and smallscale manufacturing: creating reliable nickel interconnects and connections on thin nickel sheets in electronic devices or test fixtures. Precision metalwork and : joining thin nickel components in electronics housings, medical devices, or other assemblies requiring clean, strong welds on 0.10.2 mm material.
