Featuring a high-pressure electric blower, it promotes complete combustion of waste engine oil. Testing shows that it can boil 1 kg of water within 3 minutes after ignition. Constructed from galvanized steel, the unit is built to withstand high-temperature operation. Note that the furnace may appear red during use due to heat exposure, which is normal and does not affect performance. Blower Input Voltage: 512V Usage Instructions: 1. Provide a separate container for waste oil and connect it to the furnace using a valve at the outlet. 2. Open the valve to allow oil to flow into the combustion chamber until reaching a depth of 1 cm, then close the valve. 3. Ignite a small amount of combustible material such as paper and place it inside the furnace to initiate burning. 4. Turn on the blower and allow the oil to ignite gradually. Adjust airflow as needed to control flame intensity. 5. Once combustion is stable, open the oil inlet valve to maintain continuous burning. Flame output will increase as temperature rises.
