It is characterized by high precision, long life and good output smoothness. The angular displacement sensor adopts the principle of a resistor divider. A constant DC voltage is connected across the resistance rail. The output is obtained by the movement of the brush on the rail. The output voltage is linear with the displacement. The index is expressed by linearity. The smaller, the higher the accuracy. The displacement sensor made by the principle of resistor divider can reduce the accuracy requirement of the total resistance of the rail, reduce the requirements of the sensor for the use of environmental conditions, and improve the accuracy of the sensor output signal. The angular displacement sensor structure is mainly composed of a conductive plastic substrate, a brush, a follower shaft, a casing and the like. The angular displacement sensor has several types, such as single unit and double unit. The electrical signal is generally taken out in the form of a terminal. When welding, use flux and soldering oil as little as possible, and the time should be short to prevent the flux vapor from entering the potentiometer through the lead end (green), causing the vapor to be deposited on the surface of the resistive element after cooling to cause the equivalent noise resistance to deteriorate or even open; 5 The attack of the angular displacement sensor by solvents and corrosive gases should be prevented.
