Then install the strainer, and pour ground coffee into the strainer (do not tamp it down). Place it on the stove. The water boils and turns into steam, then passes from the lower reservoir to the top, brewing the coffee in the strainer. When you hear steam whistling from the bottom opening, remove the coffee maker from the stove. The total brewing time is 3-4 minutes.
