Upon receipt, soak in warm water to soften and facilitate even stretching. Securely fit onto the wheel without adhesive. To ensure optimal grip and prevent slippage during operation, the rubber band’s circumference is intentionally smaller than that of the bandsaw wheel. Installation Instructions: 1. Remove the old or damaged rubber band. Clean any residue from the wheel’s outer edge. 2. Soak the new rubber band in warm water for 3–5 minutes until softened. 3. Begin installation at one side of the wheel. Press one end firmly into the groove on the wheel’s outer edge. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to carefully guide the band fully into the groove. Avoid excessive force to prevent damage. 4. Optional: Apply a small amount of adhesive along the groove for added security, if desired.
