The DVR’s default display resolution is 1920 × 1080 (Full HD). When connecting to a monitor, ensure the monitor supports 1920 × 1080 input resolution. If not supported, the monitor may display a black screen after showing the boot logo, or show messages such as “Out of Range” or “Input Not Supported.” 3. Ensure your monitor supports the device’s output resolution or has adaptive scaling capability. Alternatively, connect the device directly without adjusting monitor settings, then use the XMeye app to discover and access the device remotely. You may also before ordering to specify your monitor’s resolution—we can pre-configure the output resolution accordingly. 4. The device includes a built-in battery for timekeeping and RTC backup. This battery retains time during power loss; however, time will still synchronize automatically when connected to the network. Due to shipping restrictions in certain countries, the internal battery may be omitted. If your order is returned due to battery-related regulations, we kindly ask for your agreement to ship the unit without the battery. 5. Handle the device with care and follow standard electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions during installation or operation. Each unit undergoes functional testing and video verification prior to shipment to ensure full functionality. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling or operation.
