It can be used after the glue becomes semi-transparent for about 10 to 15 seconds. Use tweezers to pick up each cluster one by one, and start pasting each part from the outer corner of the eye. Press each part for 3 to 5 seconds. After all the false eyelashes have been pasted, gently brush the base and surface of the false eyelashes with the glue at the top to set them.
