This product uses gravity and negative pressure to discharge sand into the sand cup. Therefore, the nozzle must be kept horizontal or slightly downward during operation; otherwise, the sand will not be discharged. This product is not recommended for surfaces requiring adjustable gun tip height! 2. This product comes with a sand cup with a capacity of approximately 1 kg. Due to its limited capacity, it is not suitable for large-area or high-volume processing. We currently recommend using a sandblasting machine or a continuous sandblasting gun! 3. To ensure optimal results, we recommend a working pressure of 0.7 MPa (7 kg) or higher, an air tank capacity greater than 50 liters, and a displacement greater than 150 liters/minute. Insufficient air pumps are not recommended. How to choose the right abrasive? 1. When cleaning or refurbishing hardware, iron, metal, steel, mold, and other surfaces, use brown or white corundum. 2. Stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and zinc alloy parts do not require further treatment after sandblasting. Do not use glass beads on surfaces requiring high gloss. 3. Applicable materials: White corundum for crystal, acrylic, and glass. After using abrasive, select the material and thickness of the abrasive according to the desired effect. The abrasive particles include glass beads, brown corundum, white corundum, black silica sand, walnut shell sand, plastic sand, ceramic sand, steel shot, and stainless steel shot, etc.
