Control modes and core functions Universal control mode: under normal, trouble conditions the controller continuously discharges. Manual control mode: the operator can manually toggle discharge on or off. Timing control mode: the controller opens or closes discharge on a regular, scheduled basis. Test mode: functions like the light and time delay control mode but uses a shorter time delay reduced by ten minutes to speed testing. Light control mode: when night is detected the controller delays ten minutes then starts discharging; when daytime is detected it delays ten minutes then stops discharging. Low voltage behavior: the controller continues to discharge even when low voltage protection is active. Press and hold the manual control for 5 seconds to force continuous discharge; discharge then stops only by manual action. Use this feature with caution because it may damage the battery.
