Structure and components The instrument is mainly composed of light pipes, light pipe rack components, light intensity regulators, potentiometer knobs, light pipe rack legs, light source switches, power sockets, light source wiring, white screens, white screen racks, and related accessories. Light pipe design The light pipe is formed by the sleeve connection of the diode holder, the condenser lens tube, and the objective lens tube. The diode holder can rotate and expand inside the condenser lens barrel, and the condenser lens barrel can expand and contract inside the objective lens barrel to adjust the size and definition of the outgoing beam spot on the white screen. Installation Install the support feet on the light pipe rack and on the white screen. Insert the light pipe into the round hole of the light pipe holder and rotate the ball. Place the white screen about 140 mm away from the beam exit end of the light pipe. Beam adjustment Turn on power and light the light emitting diode. Adjust the position of the diode holder and the condenser lens tube so that the edge of the light spot projected on the white screen is clear. The three light pipes can be adjusted independently.
