This electric peeler features a stainless steel blade for peeling fruits and vegetables. It can peel a potato within approximately 10 seconds, removing the skin while minimizing waste of the edible portion. Constructed with durable ABS plastic, it has a non-slip base for stability. Operation is simple with an automatic start function. The unit includes a bottom holder to secure produce during the rotating peeling process, so hands do not need to hold the item. An adjustable mechanism accommodates produce of different sizes, with a typical working range for diameter and height specified. It can peel skin to an approximate thickness. The peeler can be powered by 4 AA batteries (not included) or via the included 6V adapter for continuous use.
