Preparation: Wash hands thoroughly, secure hair away from the ear, and disinfect the earlobe. Mark the intended piercing point with a waterbased marker. 2. Positioning: Open the package and hold the gun. Place your thumb on the opposite side of the pressure bar as shown in the figure. Align the stud tip with the marked spot on the earlobe. 3. Activate: Press firmly and decisively. The stud will be implanted and the gun body will automatically detach. Complete the pierce in one quick motion. Do not test the device by pressing it before actual use. Aftercare recommendations Avoid touching the pierced area with unclean hands for at least 48 hours and avoid applying makeup or exposing the area to water during that time. After 48 hours, gently rotate the stud heads with clean fingers to prevent sticking.
