Trimtofit: can be trimmed where needed for comfort. How to mold and use 1. Boil water to about 80 degrees Celsius. 2. Soak the mouth guard in hot water for 10 to 15 seconds until malleable. 3. Remove from water, place in your mouth, and bite down gently. Do not insert the guard too deeply. 4. Press the mouth guard against teeth with hands and tongue and hold for about 30 seconds. 5. Remove and place in cold water to set the shape. 6. Do not remove the ear inserts in the ventilation holes while setting, or the holes may shrink and block airflow. 7. If needed, trim excess material to achieve the desired fit.
