When testing,use the red and black pen to touch the anode and cathode of the LED lighr respectively. The light will automatically change from slight brightness to high lightness gradually(3~5S) and then stabilize. If you don't want too-high lightness, remove the pen in proper lightness. Repeat the above preocess in the next testing. 3. When testing, the voltage displayed=open circuit voltage, indicating that the tested light bar is inversely connected or there is open-circuit fault. 4. When testing, the voltage displayed=00.0, indicating that the tested light bar or the lamp bead short-circuits. 5. When testing two subjects without electrical connection, if the voltage displayed is lower than the open circuit voltage,it indicates that there is electric leakage between the two subjects tested. 6.Suggest 1mA except the TV back-light testing. 7.The voltage should be 0.00 when the two probes touch each other.
