Description: During prolonged high-speed driving or repeated braking, brake discs experience high temperatures and thermal expansion due to intense friction. Floating brake discs utilize a special non-rigid structure that separates the outer friction surface from the inner support, making these surfaces relatively independent stress-bearing surfaces. When the friction surface expands due to heat, the floating structure allows for a certain longitudinal free expansion surface, eliminating internal tensile stress. This prevents the friction surface from deforming due to uneven heating, resulting in more stable and reliable braking. Ordinary brake discs expand at high temperatures on the outer edge while the lower part remains cool; this fusion generates strong internal tensile stress, which can lead to lateral warping of the brake disc in severe cases. Features: Vibrant colors and a stylish, cool appearance. Made with high-quality 420 stainless steel brake pads. Double-sided thickness deviation does not exceed 0.3mm. Excellent dry and wet performance. Good wear resistance and excellent ventilation and heat dissipation.
