The 6-inch (approx. 15.2 cm) blade scrapes away bench, butcher's block, or marbled flour, butter, and dough in one go. [Full-length High-Carbon Stainless Steel] The blade is forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel, with a full-length solid American walnut handle secured by two riveted pins. Keeps edges clean, resists corrosion and staining, and remains straight and true to life for years of everyday dough work. <br>Hand wash only, no hanging hole design: The walnut handle is made with food-safe oils and is not dishwasher safe - a quick rinse in warm water and a towel dry in ten seconds will keep the wood looking new for decades.
