Stainless Steel Manual Hand Winch 1200lbs 5m Cable for Boat Trailer or ATV Towing with Auto Load Brake

Stainless steel manual pulling hand winch A compact, durable manual winch designed for controlled pulling and lifting tasks. Constructed from stainless steel with a 5m cable, this hand winch is available in multiple load capacities, including 1200 lbs and 2500 lbs, and in metric capacity options of 0.5t, 1t, 2t, and 3t. It combines a geardriven winding system with a changeover ratchet mechanism for reliable manual operation. Key benefits Secure load holding: Full automatic braking holds the load in position whenever the handle is released, reducing the chance of unintended rope payout. Robust braking and engagement: Thickened brake ratchet pawls provide stronger braking force and reliable engagement under load. Smooth, efficient gearing: gear wheel design ensures efficient gear engagement and consistent winding performance. Antislip retention: Selflocking nut prevents accidental tripping of the mechanism and helps maintain conversion efficiency. Versatile capacity options: Multiple load ratings accommodate a range of lifting and pulling tasks without changing the core unit. Main features Material: stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and long service life. Cable length: 5 meters standard. Load ratings: available in 1200 lbs, 2500 lbs, and metric options 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t. Drive and control: manual hand crank with changeover ratchet mechanism and geardriven cable winding. Brake system: automatic braking that engages when the handle is released. Additional components: thickened ratchet pawls, gear wheel, and selflocking nut. Typical applications Construction sites: moving and positioning materials, small hoisting tasks, and temporary rigging. Vehicle and equipment recovery: controlled pulling of vehicles or heavy equipment during recovery or repositioning. Workshop and maintenance: lifting parts, tensioning loads, or assisting with assembly where powered hoists are not practical. Compatibility and installation Designed for manual operation and straightforward installation on fixed mounting points or simple frames. Compatible with common rigging components and accessories used in lifting, towing, and pulling setups. Technical notes Available models cover a range of capacities and gear speed ratios; consult the product options for specific load and speed combinations. Operation requires appropriate mounting and anchoring to match the selected load rating and application. This manual pulling hand winch provides a straightforward, mechanically reliable solution for controlled pulling and light lifting tasks where a stainless steel, manually operated winch is required.
