Integrated LED Status Display and Control Interface This brushless DC motor controller board brings together a practical set of monitoring and adjustment features in a single compact unit. The integrated LED indicators keep you informed of standby, running and fault conditions at a glance, so you can quickly assess the state of your motor setup without additional instrumentation. An onboard potentiometer provides straightforward speed adjustment across a 0.5–5 V range, while the PWM speed control interface operates at a frequency of 1–20 kHz with a duty cycle of 10–100 per cent, giving you flexible and precise command over motor behaviour. Hall Sensor and Programming Connectivity The board includes a five-pin Hall interface for direct connection to the motor's Hall signal, enabling proper commutation feedback for three-phase operation. A dedicated burning interface is also provided, allowing you to update the motor's burning programme as required. These connections are laid out for convenient access during installation and configuration. Electrical Protection and Power Handling Designed for a working voltage of 6–80 V DC, this controller supports reverse polarity protection, so accidental reversal of the power leads will not damage the unit. With a rated power of up to 1600 W and a drive current of 20 A, it is suited to demanding three-phase brushless motor applications. When the drive current remains below 5 A, the board operates without forced cooling as long as normal ventilation is maintained; for currents above 5 A, forced heat dissipation should be provided to ensure reliable operation.
