2.1 Channel Preamp Board with Low Pass Filter for Subwoofer Control

Integrated Low-Pass Filtering and Subwoofer Control This 2.1-channel auditory preamp board combines low-pass filtering and subwoofer optimisation within a single power design. Built around the NE5532 operational amplifier, the board delivers precise auditory transmission processing, making it a practical choice for audio projects that require clean frequency separation and reliable signal routing. How the Circuit Works The board operates by passing the incoming auditory signal directly through its filter stage. Capacitors are used to isolate the desired high and low frequencies, allowing the circuit to separate the audio spectrum before the signal is sent on to the amplifier board for further gain. This makes it straightforward to integrate into a larger audio system where frequency management is needed. Designed for Single-Power Operation This tuned version of the passive mixing board is intended for single-power supply use. Its primary role is to adjust the high and low frequencies of the incoming audio transmission, which is then forwarded to the amplifier stage. The compact power design keeps the layout simple while supporting effective subwoofer control within a 2.1-channel setup.
