RJ45 LAN Network Cable Tester with LCD Wiremap and Length Measurement

RJ45 LAN Network Cable Tester SC8108 This compact RJ45 network cable tester is designed to help you check, diagnose and measure network cabling quickly and accurately. It supports STP and UTP cables in Cat5e and Cat6 specifications, as well as coaxial cable, making it a practical tool for installers, technicians and anyone maintaining a home or office network. Cable Testing and Fault Detection The tester checks for common wiring errors in STP UTP Cat5e, Cat6 and coaxial cables, including open circuits, short circuits, jumper wires and reverse connections. This allows you to identify faulty or incorrectly terminated cables before they cause network problems, saving time during installation and troubleshooting. Length Measurement You can measure the length of a network cable to its end or to a break point. This is particularly useful when working with installed cabling, as it helps you locate the position of a fault along the run and confirm whether a cable is within specification. Clear Display and Wire Mapping A large LCD screen shows the results clearly, including a straightforward wiremap display. This makes it easy to read the test outcome at a glance, whether you are checking a single cable or working through a batch of connections.
