Natural Lava Pumice Stone for Callus Removal, Foot Scrubber for Dead Skin

Natural Lava Pumice Stone for Gentle Callus Removal This two-piece set of natural earth lava pumice stones offers a simple, effective way to care for rough, dry skin at home. Formed when hot lava meets water and hardens, each stone is naturally porous and abrasive, making it well suited to sloughing away dead skin cells from the feet, elbows and knees. Because these are naturally occurring stones, every piece varies in size, shape and colour, so each set is unique. How to Use for Best Results For best results, begin by soaking the area of hardened skin in warm water to soften it. Wet the stone, then rub it gently over the skin using circular motions, continuing until the dead skin has been lifted away. A heavy buildup of hard, leathery skin may need several treatments, so be patient and persistent rather than pressing too firmly. Using the stone two to three times a week can help keep skin feeling smoother and may also ease the discomfort associated with calluses. A Few Extra Uses Around the Home Beyond foot care, this versatile stone can be put to work in other ways. It can help remove lint or pills from fabric, and its abrasive texture makes it handy for tackling stubborn marks in the bathroom. For a more relaxing foot soak, add a drop or two of lavender, jasmine or sandalwood essential oil to the water, or try peppermint oil for a refreshing alternative. Important Safety Notes Do not use the stone on sore, red areas or on broken skin. Avoid using metal tools, razor blades or steel wool to remove hardened skin or calluses, as these can cause injury.
