A 2-in-1 Door Hinge and Lock Installation Set This combined kit brings together a door hinge jig and a lock fitting set, so you can streamline the whole process of installing or replacing door furniture. It is designed with both professional joiners and keen DIYers in mind, helping you achieve clean, accurate results without the usual fuss. Please note that the hinge jig is intended for use on doors only, not on door frames. Adjustable Hinge Jig for Precise Routing The hinge template is fully adjustable, allowing you to match hinge length and thickness, with a choice of 0.6 cm or 1.6 cm radius or square corners. It also accommodates door latch thicknesses from 3.5 cm to 4.5 cm, making it a versatile addition to your toolkit. The set includes dedicated drill bits for both hinge and lock installation, so you have the right tool for each stage of the job. Hammer and Chisel Free Operation The hinge jig works with a router, which is not included, so you can cut clean hinge recesses without the need for a hammer and chisel. For the lock fitting, the set integrates marking and chiselling tools, reducing the number of separate tools you need to carry on site. This makes the whole process quicker and far less labour intensive. Complete Lock Fitting Set The lock installation side of the kit features switchable round and square blades, along with 2.5 cm PH2 and SL8-10 bits. A 90 degree fence helps keep your work square, while the all-in-one cutting and installation design means you can move from marking out to final fitting with minimal interruption. Everything is built to help you work efficiently and accurately, whether you are fitting a new lock or replacing an existing one.
