Adjustable Hand Reamer 11.75-12.75mm Cutting Diameter Machine Cutting Tool

Adjustable Hand Reamer for Precision Sizing This adjustable hand reamer is designed for manual machining work where accurate hole sizing matters. Available in a range of cutting diameters from 6 mm up to 19 mm, this particular model covers 11.75 mm to 12.75 mm, giving you flexibility across a useful working range. The blades sit in tapered slots within the reamer body and can be moved to set the tool to the exact diameter you need. Simple Adjustment Mechanism Adjusting the reamer is straightforward. The blades travel within the conical slots, and by loosening the nut at one end and tightening the one at the other, you can move them smoothly to the desired position. This allows the reamer to be set to any diameter within its adjustment range, so you are not locked into a single fixed size. Compensating for Wear The adjustment feature also helps extend the life of the tool. As the blades wear through normal use, the reamer can be readjusted to maintain a specific size, compensating for material loss and keeping your holes accurate for longer. When more significant correction is needed, the reamer can be expanded and reground to the appropriate size, then resharpened ready for further work. Practical Machining Tool This reamer suits machinists and engineers who need a dependable, adjustable tool for hand reaming operations. Its design allows for fine control over final hole dimensions, making it a practical addition to a workshop where precision and repeatability are required.
