Magnetic Float Switch Water Level Sensor 165mm for Water Pump Tank

Magnetic Float Switch for Water Level Detection This magnetic float switch offers a straightforward and reliable way to monitor liquid levels in a tank. Designed for vertical mounting, the sensor can be fitted at either the top or the base of your tank, depending on whether you need to detect a rising or falling water level. With a total length of 165mm and a thread diameter of 10mm, it is easy to install in a range of water pump and tank setups. How It Works The switch operates using a float ball that moves with the liquid level, triggering the sensor at the desired point. It features two float balls, each measuring approximately 22 x 21mm. The switching capacity is rated at 10W, with a maximum switching voltage of 110VAC and a maximum switching current of 0.5A. Important Wiring Consideration Because the switch can only carry a small current of 0.5A, it is essential to connect it through a relay or contactor when operating a load. Please note that a relay and contactor are not included with this product and must be sourced separately to ensure safe and correct operation.
