Water flow switch automatic controller induction pump 30W Hengteng pure copper electromechanical hardware induction booster pump-brnv

110v/60hz type HT-30 G 3/4"-3/4 water pump flow switch 0.2A.booster pumps flow switch for Brazil.America .Colombia.Japan.Saudi
6 points to 6 points (20mm/26mm)
AC 110V/60HZ. DC voltage is available if require.
FlowSwitchout screw diameter:26MM
Flowswitch inner screw 26mm
currect load:0.2A
The starting capacity : 6-7L/min
After turning on the tap the flow wil push the plate to rotate.at a given positon the induction componet will be activated and the switch is on.the pump starts.the spring will force the plate to rotate back after turning off the tap.the induction component will be shut off and the pump stops.
The pipeline booster pump flow switch adopts the water flow type magnetic control device to carry out on-off control for the induction element.
To start and close the role of the pump. This product is widely used, mainly for the families of thousands of low water pressure area
Tap water pressure, especially for the low voltage ignition of the shower device is more important laser equipment, environmental protection
Equipment.
Technical characteristics:
1, stable. In the design of the induction room, magnetic control room, electronic components room separation, to avoid the pipeline iron containing material is magnetic material
Material adsorption, so as not to switch failure.
2, resistant to high temperature. Using high temperature resistant material production, the product can be used in cold and hot water conditions.
3, low water pressure start. The reset spring adopts the high quality stainless steel material, and the function of the water pump is reached.
4, security: the use of electronic components as a control device, so that the use of products in the process of no spark, all closed.
Working principle:
The water flow in the pipeline is opened, and the flow direction of the water flow impulse induction door is rotated in the direction of the rotating shaft to the water flow direction.
Someone with axle loading, magnetron turning, positioning to west, triggering the sensing element, the switch on household conduit booster
When the water pump is started with water equipment closed off, induction door in burning under the action of the reset spring, drive shaft and magnetron
The system installed together to drive rotation, position and failure, induction switch, household Barbara road booster pump to stop running.
Technical index:
Using medium tap water and physical and chemical can be similar to similar liquid.
Medium pressure:0~6Mpa
Medium temperature 100C
Precautions before modification
If your pump does not have a special socket for the switch, please break the power cord of the pump according to the following figure (cut a line)first, plug the two connectors into the switch line one by one, plug in the power and use the chopsticks to follow the direction of the switch arrow. Switch the valve, and then test whether the switch works normally. If you have any problems, please contact us in time. The trimming is regarded as no quality problem of the switch. You are not allowed to return it. Thanksfor your understanding.
