After each use with water, make sure the inlet hose is tight and as short as possible. The inlet pipe should not exceed 9 feet (2.75 m). - When pumping abrasive liquids or liquids containing solids, installing a filter in the inlet may help extend the life of the pump. - For safety and ease of use, it is not suggested to mount the pump on a surface. - Install the drill and start it. Monitor the inlet hose to ensure that liquid is being sucked into the inlet hose within 15 minutes and 20 seconds. Otherwise, check that the inlet pipe is properly installed. Do not run the pump dry. - If the pump does not prime, check that the hoses are not kinked or clogged. - It is recommended to set the speed from 1500 rpm up to 3000 rpm. Generally, the higher the speed, the greater the lift and flow.
