Unshielded 24-Port CAT6 Pass-Through

A 1U, 19-inch (482 mm) unshielded CAT6 patch panel engineered for simplicity and longevity in enterprise and SMB network infrastructure. Housing combines metal structural frame with self-extinguishing PPO+PC plastic. Designed exclusively for RJ45 pass-through termination — each of the 24 ports accepts 22–26 AWG cables (0.4–0.64 mm) without stripping or punching. IDC contacts: phosphor bronze base with 20–50 µin silver plating (≥250 cycles); 8-line pins: same substrate with 20–50 µin gold plating (≥750 cycles). Fully compliant with ISO/IEC 11801 Ed. 2.2 and ANSI/TIA-568.3-D. Verified performance: contact resistance ≤2.5 mΩ, insulation resistance ≥1000 MΩ, dielectric strength DC 1000 V (1 min, no arcing). Deployed in telecom closets, co-location facilities, and multi-tenant buildings across the UK and DACH region.
