36x36cm Plastic Concrete Brick Mold

Exact dimensions: 36 cm × 36 cm × 6.3 cm. Manufactured using injection-moulded polypropylene — known for fatigue resistance and chemical inertness against alkaline cement paste. Wall thickness is uniform (2.5 mm) to balance rigidity and controlled flex during demolding. Functional advantages: Flat base ensures zero sink-in on soft substrates; vertical side walls support accurate height control; chamfered top edge eases trowelling and minimises material waste at corners. Internal surface finish is matte-smooth — sufficient for clean release yet textured enough to avoid glare during daylight pours. Use-case validation: Successfully deployed in urban courtyards, cottage gardens, allotment access routes and school grounds — consistently delivers interlocking-ready units when laid with minimal joint width. Also adopted by community groups for low-budget public space upgrades where cost-per-unit and ease-of-training are decisive factors.
