Material and construction - Composition: 40% cotton, 60% polyester with thin plastic transparent threads woven through to help the placemats keep their shape and resist wrinkling; may appear slightly shiny in light. Pattern and heat guidance - Circular knit with small holes between the weaves; not waterproof. - Can withstand the heat of a cup of hot water and a plate of hot food, but not heat from pots and pans just off the stove. Color and variation - Swirl pattern in beige, light brown, and white yarns. Due to yarn order, each placemat may look slightly different, but the main color remains the same.
