Description

High stability over the entire temperature range. Used to detect RF signal power. Detection frequency range is 1 MHz to 600 MHz. It can detect an RF signal with a power from -74 dBm to 18 dBm and convert that RF signal into a DC output. Fully differential DC coupled signal path. The output voltage increases with input amplitude and is proportional to the logarithm of the input amplitude, expanding the dynamic range of the captured signal to 92 dB.
