Shrink Ratio and Performance - Shrink ratio 2:1; when heated it reduces to a third of its original size. This high shrinkage resists stretching and vibration, delivering lasting performance and higher tensile strength. Double Wall Design - Two-layer tubing with an inner lining that creates a waterproof, secure seal around connections. Fire Retardant and Low Smoke - Made of polyolefin; flame retardant and produces minimal smoke. The fusible inner layer allows operation across temperatures from -67 to 125 C (-55 to 125 degrees Celsius). Easy to Use - Simply slide over the connection and apply heat. Within seconds you achieve a professional insulated connection. Applications - Suitable for insulation on wires, solder joints, plugs, and terminals; repairing damaged cables; provides strain relief and helps organize bundles of wires.
