Compatibility and upgrade ease - The Ceramic Heating Block Kit is compatible with K1C and K1 3D printers. It enables K1 upgrades to a quick-change nozzle while preserving the printer’s height, build volume, and firmware. All-metal design - The nozzle and heating block are fully metal for long-term reliability. This design supports quick disassembly and easy replacement when needed. Improved nozzle flow - Enlarged nozzle chamber supports up to 32 mm3/s maximum flow and 600 mm/s high-speed printing with a burr-free nozzle. This helps minimize clogs and improve extrusion stability. Efficient heat management - 360-degree surround ceramic heating delivers excellent thermal conductivity and insulation for uniform heating, supporting temperatures up to 450 C for efficient 3D printing. Use scenarios - Upgrade an existing K1C or K1 3D printer to print high-temperature materials (such as ABS, PC, PETG, or other demanding filaments) with reliable extrusion and stable performance. - Perform quick nozzle changes for multi-material or color printing, reducing downtime and maintaining consistent results. - Use in rapid prototyping or small-batch production where fast, uniform heating and high flow enable reliable, high-quality prints.
