The clip grips the chip and provides 3.3 V to the corresponding pins for reliable access during programming and testing. - Function: clamps the chip and delivers 3.3 V to the chip pins for operation during reads and writes. - Protection scenario: if the programmer's protection feature prevents reading at normal voltage, you can apply 3.3 V to the clip to continue. - Compatibility: supports chip sizes with 1.27 mm pitch; compatible with the full range of SOP8 and SOP narrow-body DIP packages; suitable as a burn-in clip and general chip clamp. - Practical note: due to lighting effects, monitor brightness, and manual measurement, there may be slight color and size differences between the photo and the actual item. - Use scenarios: - Programming or testing chips in SOP8 or SOP narrow-body DIP packages in a lab or repair setting. - Reading devices that trigger programmer protection by applying 3.3 V to the clip. - Burn-in testing of chips using the clip-based clamp.
