Description

1.45 degree adjustable metal stone mitre clamp. Main use: man-breastfeeding and natural tilenestone or other similar sheet with 45 seams. - When two workpieces have 45 edge bevels, clamp them together to clean the 45 taper surfaces so the two 45 pieces fit with 90 degree joints. Suitable for plastic extrusion seam applications. - Construction and placement: place the bottom of the width stones on the fixture work surface, which is covered with white rubber; the side of the narrow stone sits near the 90 degree inside edge of the device. - Operation and clamping: the two binder levers are adjustable via the spring mechanism to raise to the upper position of the workpiece; turn the screw on top of the binder lever to apply pressure and maintain a perpendicular position for a set time, until the joints are fully connected and tight, then release the bracket. Use scenarios - Fabricating 45 bevel edges on stone or tile for countertops or wall installations where precise miter joints are required. - Preparing tile or stone panels for plastic extrusion seam processes in manufacturing settings. - Small workshop tasks requiring repeatable, perpendicular 45 degree joints for decorative stone or tile projects.
