Description

How to replace a band saw tire: 1. Unplug the band saw, loosen the saw blade tension, and remove the blade. Then remove the band saw wheel. 2. Once removed, completely remove or cut off the old tire and any residue left behind. 3. Position part of the new tire onto the rim, then insert a short rod or pipe between the tire and rim. Roll the pipe around the rim to evenly stretch and seat the tire. 4. Apply a small amount of adhesive to a brush and spread it evenly on the tire and mounting surface. Roll and repeat around the entire rim. Allow the glue to dry for 24 hours before using the saw. Diameter: for 10 inch (250mm) band saw Recommended blade length: 1826mm Blade width: 12mm Thickness: 3mm Material: Rubber Color: Black Package Contents: 2 x Band Saw Rubber Tires Note: Light and display settings may cause slight variations in the color of the item.
