Black Graphite Compression Packing Seal Flexible 2.5 Kg 8x8M and 27M Long For Pumps and Valves

Material - Inner core is graphite paper. Flexible high-pressure graphite packing is mainly made of reinforced graphite wires and metal wires (steel wire, copper wire, nickel wire, carbon fiber, pre-oxidized wire, glass yarn) and other reinforced graphite wires as raw materials. Features - Good chemical stability and long service life. - Chemically inert over the entire pH range 0 to 14. - Designed for services involving surface speeds and temperatures higher than those that PTFE packing can handle. Low friction and wear resistance - Very low friction coefficient with long-term rust and wear resistance. - Widely used in bearing and seal applications. Chemical stability in harsh environments - Graphite packing does not react with many chemicals at room temperature and can operate stably in harsh chemical environments. Applications - Sealing and bearing duties in chemical processing equipment such as pumps, valves, and compressors, especially where aggressive chemicals and higher speeds are involved. - High-temperature or high-speed service where PTFE packing is insufficient, including steam lines and hot process vessels. - Sealing and bearing needs in chemical, petrochemical, and related industries requiring chemical compatibility and durable performance.
