RollerCAN Unitis a brushless DC motor motion control kit with multiple integrated control functions, designed for efficient motion control. It supports 6-16V DC power input (via the CAN interface) or 5V input (via the Grove interface) and can automatically adjust the power factor to optimal performance. Built-in FOC closed-loop drive system, using 3504200KV brushless motor, the maximum continuous working phase current is 0.5A without forced heat dissipation, short-term 1A, the driver uses a magnetic encoder as feedback, supports current, speed, and position three-loop control to precise control. The device can be equipped with an electric slip ring. The top Grove interface of the slip ring version remains connected to the bottom, and additional modules can be expanded on the top while supporting 360 rotation to power supply and data transmission of the rotating part. The back of the unit is equipped with a 0.66-inch OLED display to show the device's status in real-time. It also includes an RGB indicator and function button for easy human-machine interaction. The base of the product is designed with -compatible mounting holes and M3 screw holes for quick assembly and integration. The hardware and software of RollerCAN Unit are fully open-source, supporting motion control and parameter adjustments via the CAN or I2C bus, and offering SWD and SWO debugging interfaces to enhance flexibility.
