Description

Compatibility: The M8 x 1.25mm left hand metric tap and die set for manufacturing or repairing male and female threads, for general purpose applications and with transparent threads to meet the processing requirements. Applications: Application in hole processing in repair and maintenance work. Great for drilling and tapping alloy steel, die steel, cast iron and all ferrous and non-ferrous materials., etc. Features: The steel screw tap provides hardness and toughness for wear resistance. The alloy steel round die offers good abrasion resistance. The tap and die set is sharp and long lasting. Easy to Use: The round dies can be used with a die wrench (not included). The fixing screw in the middle of the wrench should be inserted into the die slot and tightened. Machine taps are used on drill presses, tapping machines, CNCs and milling machines. Tips: Used with tapping oil, it can obtain high-quality threads and make the taps and dies last longer. Appropriate lubricating oil should be added to the cutting edge of the dies and taps when tapping.
