1. Converts a frequency pulse signal from 0 to 10KHz into an analog voltage signal of 0-10V. Suitable for interface conversion between PLC and frequency converter, or motion control card and frequency converter applications. Other input-to-output ranges can be customized, such as 0-1KHz to 0-10V or 0-200Hz to 0-10V. Default model is -10K10V. 2. Input pulse levels supported are 5V, 12V, and 24V, allowing direct signal input without external series resistance. Input signal must remain stable for at least 0.5 seconds. 3. Output current is 5mA. Usage: 1. Onboard multi-turn potentiometer allows calibration of frequency-to-voltage output relationship. 2. Input power supply voltage range is 15-30VDC; recommended operating voltage is 15-24VDC. A minimum of 15VDC is required12VDC cannot power the device. For 12V systems, a custom 12VDC-powered version can be provided. At 24V level, the unit must be powered by 24VDC. 3. Optical coupler isolation on signal input ensures strong anti-interference performance. 4. Compatible with NPN-type PLCs; requires proper grounding. 5. When used with encoders, ensure continuous rotation at constant speed for over 0.5 seconds. 6. Frequency-to-voltage conversion module has a response time of approximately 0.30.5 seconds. 7. For turbine flow meter signals, due to compatibility requirements, an additional 817 optical coupler and resistor may be needed for proper operation.
