Step 2: Cut a piece from the patch that is larger than the damaged area. Use a pencil to trace the shape of the patch onto the surface. Step 3: Apply adhesive to both the repaired area and the back of the patch evenly. Do not apply too thickly. Wait 24 minutes until the adhesive becomes tacky. Step 4: Press the patch firmly onto the damaged area. Hold in place and allow 12 hours for full bonding. After bonding, seal the edges of the patch with additional adhesive. Allow 4 hours drying time before use.
