Facilitates clean bevel faces, even adhesive distribution, and repeatable seam joints. Supports plastic extrusion seam stitching, improving alignment and workflow in fabrication tasks. How it works 1) After both workpieces are machined to a 45degree edge, clean the bevel faces and apply adhesive evenly. 2) Bring the two bevel faces together so the 45degree edges mate, forming a 90degree corner; use the fixture to hold the pieces during seam stitching. 3) The fixture provides stable guidance to maintain accurate alignment throughout assembly and curing. Setup and alignment Place the bottom width stone on the fixture surface, which is covered with white rubber. Position the side of the narrow stone close to the 90degree interior of the fixture. Applications Frame construction, cabinetry, and display cases where precise 90degree mitre joints are required. Plastic fabrication involving joining PVC, acrylic, or similar sheets with 45degree bevels using adhesive and seam stitching. General mitre joint production in both DIY and professional workshop settings.
