Without it, the PVC would yellow, crack, become brittle and break.Shock resistancePVC fittings can take a beating. They are designed to withstand knocks or drops from a significant height and will not crack or break compared to standard plumbing grade PVC fittings.CompatibleStructural grade PVC pipe and fittings are dimensionally compatible with quality PVC fittings.Easy to installThey are resilient, highly resistant to traction and impact.
