Description

This wok ring features a non-sharp edge on both ends and is ideal for use with round bottom woks. It has a universal size that fits most gas stove fry pans. For round bottom woks, the wok ring should be smaller than the desired wok diameter. Height: 1.57 Inches; Bottom Diameter: 11.8-Inch; Top Diameter: 10.43-Inch. The wok ring has a durable construction with perforated sides and a flat, steady rim. It can be used to support woks when cooking on a regular range. Place the narrow side down and use it with a small, fast electric burner. It is energy-efficient, heats up and cools down quickly, and allows food to cook as it would on a gas burner. All coils are covered, ensuring efficient heat use. The ring fits securely over the coils. A flat-bottom wok sits close enough to absorb all heat, while the small gap helps distribute heat evenly across the wok to prevent burning.
